This is the English-language version of our legal notice (Impressum). It applies to the online shop operated at ldacoautomotivegmbh.myshopify.com. Saunakontor is a trading brand of LDACO Automotive GmbH and is not a separate legal entity. The contracting party for every order placed in this shop is LDACO Automotive GmbH.

Place of establishment — no UK establishment

We are established in Germany and we trade with you from Germany. We have no establishment, branch, office, subsidiary or registered address in the United Kingdom, we are not registered at Companies House, and we do not hold a UK company number. We are not registered for UK VAT and we do not hold a UK EORI number.

Prices in this shop are shown and charged in pounds sterling (GBP). If your card or payment account is held in another currency, your bank or payment provider carries out the conversion at its own rate and may add its own charges.

All goods sold in this shop are dispatched from our address in Germany. Because the United Kingdom is outside the EU customs union, consignments are delivered on a delivery-duty-unpaid basis: UK import VAT and any customs duty are payable by you, the recipient, to the carrier before or on delivery. These charges are not included in the product price and are not covered by our free delivery. Please read our Shipping Policy, our Returns and Refunds Policy and our Terms and Conditions before you order.

We have no showroom, no collection point and no installation service in the United Kingdom. Orders are placed and fulfilled online only.

Shipping, returns and payment at a glance

The full terms are set out in our Shipping Policy, our Returns and Refunds Policy and our Terms and Conditions. In summary:

• Delivery to the United Kingdom: free of charge with DHL, with no minimum order value. We dispatch from Germany.
• Delivery time: 1–2 business days handling plus 2–4 business days transit, so 3–6 business days in total. A tracking link is emailed to you when your order is dispatched.
• Import charges: UK import VAT and any customs duty are payable by you to the carrier before or on delivery. They are not included in the price and not covered by free delivery.
• Changing your delivery address: possible within 12 hours of ordering, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.
• Cancellation and returns: you may cancel within 14 days of the day you receive the goods, and we grant a voluntary further 14-day return right on top of that statutory right. Returns are free: a prepaid return label is included in every parcel, and we email a replacement label free of charge on request.
• Refunds: to your original payment method within 5 business days of the returned goods reaching us and being checked. There is no restocking or handling fee. We also offer exchanges.
• Damage in transit or a faulty item: please tell us within 14 days of delivery so that we can deal with it quickly. This is separate from the cancellation right and does not limit your rights in respect of faulty goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
• Return address: LDACO Automotive GmbH, An der Kirche 28, 96197 Wonsees, Germany.
• Payment methods accepted: Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Dispute resolution and complaints

EU Online Dispute Resolution platform

The Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform operated by the European Commission was shut down on 20 July 2025 and is no longer available. We are therefore no longer able to provide a link to it.

Alternative dispute resolution

We are not obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body (Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle) under German law, and we do not take part in such proceedings. We are not a member of any United Kingdom alternative dispute resolution (ADR) or ombudsman scheme. If we cannot settle a complaint with you, we will tell you so in writing.

How to complain

If something has gone wrong with your order, please tell us first. Write to Kontakt@ldacoautomotive.de, quoting your order number and a short description of the problem, and we will reply within 24 hours.

Complaining to us does not limit your rights in any way. Nothing in this notice affects your statutory rights as a consumer. If you live in the United Kingdom, you keep the protection of the consumer law that applies where you live — including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 — even though we sell to you from Germany, and you remain free to take your claim to court.
