Saunakontor is the trading brand of LDACO Automotive GmbH. We sell sauna cabins, infrared cabins and inflatable hot tubs, and we dispatch them from Germany to customers in the United Kingdom. Our postal address, email address and telephone number are set out below, together with our opening hours, the times within which we answer, and a short summary of delivery, returns and refunds.

When you can reach us

You can reach us by email and by telephone from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 and 17:00 Central European Time. German local time is one hour ahead of United Kingdom time, so our hours are 8:00 to 16:00 United Kingdom time.

You can send an email at any time. We reply to emails within 24 hours. Our telephone number is a German number, so calls from the United Kingdom may be charged at your provider's rate for international calls.

What to include in your message

To help us answer at the first attempt, please include:

• your order number;
• the name and email address used at checkout;
• the product concerned;
• for damaged or faulty goods, a photograph of the item and of the packaging.

Delivery, returns and refunds in short

We ship from Germany to the United Kingdom with DHL. Delivery is free, with no minimum order value. We need 1 to 2 business days to prepare an order and DHL needs a further 2 to 4 business days in transit, so the total delivery time is 3 to 6 business days. We email a tracking link when your order is dispatched. Free delivery covers the carriage charge only: UK import VAT and any customs duty are payable separately by the recipient, as explained at the end of this page.

You have 14 days from the day you receive the goods to cancel. Returns are free: a prepaid return label is included in every parcel, and we email a replacement label free of charge on request. There is no restocking or handling fee, and we offer exchanges. We refund to the original payment method within 5 business days of the return being received and checked. Changing or cancelling an order

A change of delivery address is possible within 12 hours of placing your order, provided the order has not yet been dispatched. Please email or telephone us as soon as possible.

You can cancel from the moment you place your order until 14 days after the day you receive the goods. To cancel, tell us by email or by telephone before you send anything back, so that we can record the cancellation and process your refund without delay. On top of this statutory cancellation right we grant a voluntary 14-day return right. Returns are free, and full details are set out in our returns policy.

Goods that arrive damaged or faulty

Please tell us within 14 days of delivery if goods arrive damaged or faulty, and send photographs of the item and of the packaging if you can. This helps us take the matter up with the carrier and settle it quickly.

This request does not affect your legal rights. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. You normally have 30 days from delivery to reject faulty goods and ask for a full refund, and you have further rights to a repair, a replacement or a price reduction after that period. Telling us later than 14 days does not take those rights away. A fault is a separate matter from cancelling an order, and you do not need to rely on the cancellation right to claim for faulty goods.

Please use the prepaid return label supplied with your parcel, or ask us for a replacement label before sending anything back.

Company and registration details

LDACO Automotive GmbH is a company registered in Germany. We are not registered as a company in the United Kingdom and we have no United Kingdom office, branch or address. The German address above is our registered office and our return address.

Because goods are dispatched from Germany, consignments to the United Kingdom are delivered on a delivery-duty-unpaid basis: UK import VAT and any customs duty are payable by the recipient to the carrier before or on delivery, and are not included in the product price or in our free delivery.
